重庆市沙坪坝区全域土地综合整治专项规划编制	*,.元https://www.gec**.com/xcj-gateway/api/v1/notices/stable/	1	项	全域土地综合整治专项规划以优化国土空间格局、筑牢粮食安全根基、推动资源高效利用、推进乡村全面振兴的工作目标，以全区为规划统筹范围，立足自然资源本底和土地利用现状，结合整治潜力和空间布局优化可行性分析，对全区涉农镇街的实施需求和实施条件进行综合分析，研判各镇街实施全域土地综合整治的必要性和可行性，测算整治潜力，合理划分整治单元，明确各单元整治任务和整治时序。确定近远期实施计划，明确重点整治单元，引导规划自然资源、农业农村委员、水利、住建、生态环境、交通、林业等相关部门涉农资金和项目集中投放，建立重点项目清单库，为沙坪坝区全域土地综合整治工作提供规划指引。具体详见附件磋商文件。
