https://www.zsxzjt.cn/reception-service/reception/getArticleDetails/本项目采购范围包括但不限于：加固（详细见施工图纸）、施工用电和用水临建设施等整个工程项目的所需人工、机械、装卸、屋面检测、试验、安全质检、验收、措施费、文明施工、管理费、保险费、利润、税金、清理现场等的所有费用，同时也包括所有材料、备品备件、专用工具、消耗品以及相关的技术资料等；建设期工程保险；工程验收（包含钢构部分所需的各项专项验收和竣工验收）；移交以及质保期内的服务。
https://www.zsxzjt.cn/reception-service/reception/getArticleDetails/四、工期：自采购人下达开工令之日起60个日历日内完成项目施工。如出现不可抗力、异常恶劣的天气条件、国家有关部门审批迟延或甲方原因等不可归责于乙方的事由，工期自动顺延，具体顺延期限由双方协商，并以书面形式确定，最迟不得晚于2025年12月31日之前并网；若因施工延误导致项目无法于2025年12月31日前并网，采购人不予支付合同款，且中标人须全额退还已收取的合同款。
